  • Are you insured? Can you supply me with proof of liability?
    We carry liability insurance to protect our business and the consumer. Many locations are beginning to require proof of liability in order for us to work at their facility.
  • Will you be willing to play requests and discuss music ahead of time?
    We will always discuss your special requests with you before your event. We are always willing to listen to your suggestions and play your guests’ requests. We know it is your day and we want to make it perfect for you and your guests.
  • Do you use professional equipment?
    We use all top of the line equipment and the Hottest new LED lighting and effects, and we are always updating our light shows and equipment to make sure your event looks great!
  • Do you substitute DJ’s in case of emergencies?
    In case of an emergency, we will provide you with a backup DJ for your event. This is a rare situation but could happen. We will always be up front and notify you before the event and approve everything with you. Again this is very rare.
  • When we book a DJ with you, will we have that DJ and will they be there the whole event?
    Once you sign the contract your DJ is locked in and guaranteed to be the one at your event. Unfortunately there are some DJ’s that don’t follow this policy and we will never do that to you on your special day!
  • How much time do you allow for set-up?
    Punctuality is a necessity. We always work with the hall person in charge and find out what time we can set up. We are always set up and ready to go before your cocktail hour starts and your first guest walks through the door.
  • Do you provide a written contract?
    We always give you a contract and it protects you and us, and you should never book a DJ without a contract.
  • Will you be suitably dressed for our occasion? We are always dressed based on the type of Event, and usually in a tuxedo from CE-Roth Formal Wear on 10th and Turner streets, Allentown.
